Shilo Kloko [shee-lo klo-ko] is an interdisciplinary performance team using puppetry, body movement and animation. Inspired by Japanese dance theatre, Shilo Kloko transcends its butoh roots with experiments in light, sound and uniquely designed puppets and animation.
Comprised of Nao Kobayashi, Yoriko Murakami and Evil Cat founder Walter Santucci, the troupe has played alongside the Muppets, Kids in the Hall and Kate Micucci and won the 2018 Hollywood Fringe Festival Scholarship Award.
